Adhesives
Mohawk M700+ adhesive will be used to install your LVT and walkoff. In most cases, the LVT will use a perimeter application of glue. The walkoff will require a full application of adhesive. It is important that you confirm your concrete subfloor does not have high moisture. If your subfloor exceeds 95% RH, please use Mohawk M99 adhesive for the LVT ONLY. M99 can be found on the Options Page of this order form.
C700P M700+ Adhesive (1 Gallon and / or 4 Gallon)

(1) 4 gallon pail should be sufficient to perimeter glue your LVT and full spread adhere your walk-off system. Coverage rates are below. 1-gallon option is available if your requirement calls for additional adhesive.

Optiseal may be used to prepare your floor for installation. You must either remove any existing adhesives or you may scrape the old adhesive smooth and seal it with Optiseal. This can reduce total installation time and reduce installation costs.
